Delete in the App

1. Open Cryptic Themes.
2. Go to the Me tab.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Enter your password and tap Delete.

Request Deletion by Email

If you no longer have the app, email support@grailbox.com with the subject “Delete my account” from the email address linked to your account. We may ask you to confirm the request before we delete anything.

Cancel Your Subscription First

Deleting your account does not cancel a Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so cancel in your App Store or Google Play settings to stop future charges. See Support for steps.

What Gets Deleted

We delete your account and all associated personal data, including:

• Your account information (email address and name)
• Your puzzle progress, results, and statistics
• Your subscription records linked to your account

When It’s Deleted

Your account is closed right away: you’re signed out everywhere and can’t sign in. We permanently delete it 30 days later. If you change your mind before then, email support@grailbox.com and we can restore it. After 30 days, deletion can’t be undone.

What We Keep

• Backups and server logs may contain your data until they expire on their regular schedule. We do not use them for any other purpose, and if a backup is ever restored, we delete your data again.
• Anonymous statistics that cannot be linked back to you, such as how many players solved a puzzle.
• Records required by law, if any, for as long as the law requires.
